Linx Community Services, seeking a leader to help support community services, for children and adults who may have a disability. The successful Residential Coordinator candidate must possess strong supervisory skills, and have experience in managing 24 hr residential sites, which include : staff scheduling, payroll, direct care, administrative tasks, interviewing, training and hiring processes. Involvement in IDT meetings, residential visits, and all team decisions. Candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified or available to attend paid training session, and have AMAP certification, or eligible for testing. Residential Coordinator will report directly to the Residential Director and must be available when needed. One year of Supervisory/Management experience preferred. Applicant must possess excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills. Residential Coordinator applicants must have current License, Current Registration, and Insurance on vehicle.
