1. Commission
- Our top Team Members average $800-$1200 weekly in less than 40 hours just in home cleaning payouts.
- At Serenity Clean EVERYTHING is a sale, and everything is a commission!
- Highest paid percentage of each home in the industry!
- Also pay sales commissions when you get a client to book with us, $50 per recurring clients, $20 per one-time client.
2. Client Tips
- $50 to $150 weekly average
- The bigger the smile, the bigger the tips
- Outstanding service = Outstanding tips!
- We have an electronic tip system where our clients can leave tips for each cleaning on our platform to help you earn more $$$!
3. Bonuses
We are CRAZY with the bonuses at Serenity!
- $20 per review on Google on solo (split if a Team)
- Milestone review bonus (We just paid $200 to each team member who got the 200th review!)
- Referral Bonuses, $200 per person you refer to join our team

Qualifications:
- Robotic job posting mumbo jumbo:
- Must be able to accommodate the physical demands of cleaning and staying on the move during the work day.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Have a valid driver's license and insurance. Have reliable transportation that cleaning supplies can be carried in.
- Must be 18 years old to apply, able to pass a background check
- Operating Hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Sometimes earlier or sometimes later depending on our workload.
