Description
Brantwood Family Services operates a comprehensive, long-term residential program for pregnant and parenting women that emphasizes a family-centered, relational approach to recovery. Brantwood Family Services is accredited by CARF International and licensed by the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED;
Customer Service or Patient Care experience preferred;
CMT or CNA a plus;
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) a plus;
or ideal for someone who wants to enter the SUD treatment field and has the ability to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment in which residents are treated with respect and dignity in line with principles trauma informed care;
· Respond appropriately to emergency/crisis situations;
· Conduct rounds to account for all residents and document their attendance at treatment activities;
· Conduct routine checks of the facility for safety hazards and cleanliness, and offering encouragement, modeling, and training in these areas when needed;
· Deliver essential services to residential clients to include serving meals;
· Maintain the environment of care by cleaning dining areas;
· Listen with empathy, offer encouragement, facilitate conflict resolution, and healthy problem-solving;
· Monitor residents as they self-administer their prescribed medications;
· Conduct searches of new client luggage/belongings;
· Monitor residents while they provide urine drug screen sample;
· Complete required documentation to include shift notes and incident reports, as needed.
