Join us as a Residential Aide with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. No prior experience is needed, a high school diploma is the only requirement.
Position Details:
- Title: Residential Aide
- Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour
- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (weekdays and weekends)
- Safety Focus: Responsible for creating and maintaining a secure environment for staff and clients.
- Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming clients with warmth, respect, and professionalism.
- Conduct bag/belongings checks to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform routine inspections of the property for safety and cleanliness.
- Manage and restock including food, toiletries, and other necessities.
- Ensure the house stays clean and organized
- Assist with meal preparation
- Occasional transportation of clients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Previous security experience preferred, but NOT required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
