Residental Security Guard- Part Time

Hours are 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday

This position will be 1 to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents and non residents coming and going from the gated entrance.
- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard License is a plus
- Experience operating CCTV systems or other surveillance equipment is desirable
