Form of workThe Kensington is looking for a Resident Service Director (RN) for our beautiful retirement campus!
Resident Services Director Responsibilities:
- Supervise resident care staff and housekeeping staff
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and maintaining of files
- Control of staff budget, approve and disapprove employee days and overtime
- Provide and monitor resident care based on determined level of service
- Coordinate activities and services by following the interest, abilities and functional limitations of each individual resident's needs

Resident Services Director Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois
- 2 years of Resident Care and Staff Supervision Experience
- Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
