Resident Assistant (Ra)

Menno Haven is seeking Resident Assistants to join our family! The Resident Assistant will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL’s, feeding, personal hygiene, activities and companionship.
Starting rate is $15.60/hr. and increases based on experience. We are offering a $2500.00 sign on bonus for full-time and part-time hires.
Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and independently

• Nights Available
