New year, new us! Total Care Group is now affiliated with Beacon Specialized Living - we are elevating the support we bring to our residents, and increasing the resources and benefits our Resident Assistant staff can utilize.
Details:
- $15/hour Resident Assistants
- We are seeking 3rd shift (11pm-7am) part-time staff to join our 4 bed home in Fredonia, Wisconsin.
- Part-time = 16-24 hours per week, including every other weekend
- 3rd shift = 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and verbal support to 2 residents in our residential home.
- Transport residents with our company vehicle to and from work, appointments, school, and activities.
- Maintain a clean and positive home environment through light housekeeping tasks (running dishwasher, vacuuming, activity cleanup, etc.).
- Prep and serve home meals to enjoy with the residents.
- Bring forth a positive demeanor and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
- Have a valid, active Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a state Caregiver background check.
- Are 18 years or older.
