Responsible for the coordination, supervision and evaluation of the operation of the residential program for a particular residence or group of residences. The House Manager supervises Assistant House Manager, Residential Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisors, and Direct Care Workers. Additionally, he/she provides site supervision for therapeutic or counseling professionals that provide services to consumers living in the residences.
The House Manager will be responsible for managing the supervisor and the direct support staff, scheduling, reporting incidents of abuse or neglect, performance evaluations to include introductory and annual reviews. Interviewing candidates for the location, coordinating and tracking required trainings, monitoring the household maintenance to ensure the residence is clean and safe, monitoring relations between the individuals we support and the staff, assisting in investigations and audits, coordinating services with any outside provider of services to the residential program, and may be assigned or required to take on other duties, such as staffing, as needs of the residence change to include direct care responsibilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Training and experience in ABA. A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience required in a residential program. Valid Driver's License.
