Resident Manager (Live-in role)

Job Summary: PBS Facility Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live-in Resident Manager with lease-up experience to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a residential building. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a proven track record in successfully leasing and managing properties during the lease-up phase. Responsibilities:
- Lease-Up Management:
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the features, amenities, and benefits of the property.
- Tenant Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Property Maintenance and Operations:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards.
- Hire, supervise, and manage maintenance staff or contractors as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying and addressing maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
- Emergency Response:
- Be available on-site to handle emergencies and act as the first point of contact during crises or urgent situations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to ensure the safety and security of residents and the property.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and building codes related to the operation of the property.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Live-in Resident Manager or similar role in residential property management.
- Experience successfully managing properties during the initial stages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- S95, S12, S13
- Solid understanding of maintenance and repair processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
