About the role
In this role, you will have responsibility for the smooth running of the residence and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Plan and manage student arrivals and departures.
- Liase closely with catering and residence suppliers.
- Ensure accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
- Monitor cafeteria flow and student behavior during dinner hours.
- Plan and lead evening activities on-campus, ensuring student remain engaged.
- General student welfare and discipline.
- Address problems and emergency situations should they arise.
- Share after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Capable of using your own initiative.
- Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Attend a training weekend before your contract commencing.
