Working as a member of the Access Services team, the Reserves & Document Delivery Supervisor is independently responsible for DOCUMENT DELIVERY and circulation services to Law faculty, as well as management of the Law Library's reserve collections. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing faculty requests for library materials in print or electronic formats
- Collecting textbook information each semester, creating reading lists for all Law School courses, and ensuring that the Library owns and makes available all required readings
- Providing circulation services to Library users
- Supervising and training student employees
- Opening the library Sunday to Thursday, and ensuring that library's circulation/reserve desk is staffed
- Providing information and directing library users in the use and services of the Law Library
- Maintaining and updating of the law reserve collections
- Assisting in filing and shelving of library materials especially in the Library's reserve locations
- Assisting in the overall management of library operations, participating in the oversight of library spaces, equipment, collections, and services
- Other special projects as assigned
