*Ability to work from home 2 - 3 days a week (must reside in Maui) once the 90-day probationary has been completed!
Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour

Serve as an ambassador of CoralTree Residence Collection; Answered a high volume of phone calls and emails in a busy office. Produce booking reports promptly—process credit card payments daily.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Ability to interact with owners, guests, travel agents, and wholesalers daily with courtesy and ability to perform tasks to the best of your ability
• Must be capable of sitting for seven hours and standing for one hour
• Must be capable of lifting 10 pounds frequently, 20 pounds infrequently
• Must be able to operate the following equipment:
a. Telephone and features, i.e., transfer, hold, park, etc.
b. Credit card and swipe
c. Office equipment, including but not limited to Telephone, adding machine, computer (PC), copier, printers
d. Systems – Springer-Miller Software, Navis Narrowcast, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer, Google Chrome
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Interpersonal skills required
• Excellent listening skills required
• Personality characteristics must include being personable, respectful, ethical, trustworthy, self-motivated, diplomatic, and confident.
