Reservation Specialist

Looking for a Hard Working, Team Player for a full time reservation position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering Phone Calls throughout the day.
• Responding to Emails in a timely fashion.
• Providing Quotes to Clients for Special Occasion and Group Events
• Making Reservations for Client Travel Needs
• Dispatching and Maintaining Reservations Worldwide.

Requirements Include:

• Must be able to Multitask
• Must be a Team Player
• Must have Customer Service Skills
• Must be computer efficient.
• Knowledge of Livery Coach Software preferred, but not required.
• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
