Rudy’s Limousine Service is looking for a person to fulfill our Reservation position. In this position, you will be our client's first point of contact when scheduling their transportation needs. Rudy’s provides transportation throughout the tri-state area (Headquarters in Stamford, CT). Rudy's is a well-established company and has been providing service in corporate transportation since 1956. This position would be best for someone who understands the importance of superior customer service and putting our clients first. This is a fast-paced, in-bound call center in which your primary responsibilities will be to answer inquiries via phone. You will be responsible for booking transportation reservations for our clients in SantaCruz, our computer software system.
Skills Preferred:
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- Answer customer phone calls and enter their trip information in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Organized and detail oriented
Preferred:
- Customer service experience preferred.

Job Details:
Full Time and Part- Time, Must be able to work evenings and one day a weekend.
Starting at $23 per hour
This is an In-Person position. Must be able to commute to Stamford, CT.
