Our client, a multinational e-commerce corporation is looking to identify a User Experience Researcher to join their team.

Human-centered insights and a deep understanding of people and cultures are essential
to how we do our best work. Our team of UX Researchers guide design partners and
cross-functional teams at *** to Client, interpret, and act upon insights and
opportunities with a persistent focus on the best possible experience for the customer.
We contribute to all phases of product development and influence product and business
strategy while we're at it.
This role is perfect for a UX Researcher who is a strategic thinker, a great storyteller and
loves collaborating with peers and leaders to drive sophisticated solutions to tough
problems. The role is positioned to work closely alongside partners on the Seller
Experience team spanning Design, Business, Product Management, Engineering, and
Marketing globally to deliver high-impact user insights.
What you will accomplish:
- Identify and prioritize impactful research opportunities with the core team and relevant
partners focused on the Growth, Insights, and Trust pillar of the Seller Experience team.
Strategically cover other areas within Seller Experience as needed.
- Work with teams to ensure that the right research questions are answered and that
research insights are timely and relevant.
- Plan, conduct, and socialize user research across a spectrum of methodologies.
- Drive insights and alignment into key features, products, or initiatives based on the
team and company priorities.
- Employ storytelling techniques and workshops to communicate research insights and
recommendations, and help teams turn insights into action.
What you will bring:
- Masters or Phd in Anthropology, Sociology, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology,
Human Factors Engineering, a related field and 6+ years of relevant practical experience
in UX Research.
- Strong interpersonal skills, expertise influencing decisions and advocating for User
Research.
- A history of successfully impacting product decisions through UX Research work that
benefited the customers and the business.
- Track record deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the
product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Experience working in large organizations across multiple teams
- eCommerce/global research experience is desired
