Qualifications:

• 2 years or more of college (or equivalent) in a Mechanical and/or electrical related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include the production and quality control of finished PROTO x-ray products to be delivered to Proto's customers. These responsibilities include the assembly and testing of x-ray tube components and assemblies, as well as monitoring and operating high vacuum systems, power supplies, optical systems, documenting processes, as well as other related duties.

Requirements and Skills:

• The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and has strong “attention to detail” skills. Experience with the assembly of electronics and mechanical devices is considered an asset. The candidate should be able to work with either verbal or written instruction, be eager to learn, be organized, be motivated, and self-starting. They will be responsible for motivating their teammates, inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals, with the candidate eventually moving into a leadership position. Experience as a Team Leader in charge of guiding, monitoring, and leading an entire group is therefore considered an asset.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
