As the Research Associate II, you will contribute to all phases and aspects of research projects as a member of an interdisciplinary social science research team studying the effects of key social policies and interventions on healthcare disparities. This includes performing complex research functions. Primary responsibilities include conducting and synthesizing policy and literature reviews; supporting data management and analysis; supporting the development of reports, presentations, and manuscripts; and assisting with general support for multiple grant-funded studies.

.This is a full time, grant funded position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct policy and literature reviews; synthesize and write up review findings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project materials to disseminate findings.
- Support administrative functions, including meeting documentation, scheduling meetings, following up on action items, and tracking deadlines.
- Support data management and analysis, including the use of statistical software.
- Create and use project management tools, coordinate with external partners and other team members to track project progress.
Education, Requirements, and Additional Information:
MA/MS degree, or PhD candidate plus 3-5 years’ experience
Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willing to learn other programs (e.g., software for project management software, bibliography management, Workday).
Experience with statistical analysis software (SAS preferred) and/or qualitative data analysis software (ATLAS.ti or Dedoose) preferred but not required
Excellent time management; excellent problem-solving skills; able to support large NIH-funded research projects.
