Solar Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Conduct solar sales consultations IN HOME with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide solutions

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings it can provide

- Utilize Aurora software to manage customer information, and generate sales reports

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the solar industry, market trends, and competitor offerings

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction

- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up

Requirements:

- Proven experience in solar sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 2 year minimun experience in succesful sales.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Proficiency in Salesforce software or similar CRM tools for lead management and reporting

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and their installation process is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for outside sales activities

Pay: $156,096.00 - $180,367.00 per year
