Research Associate I (2023-28)

POSITION SUMMARY *

We are seeking a Research Associate I who, with supervision, will support PIRE at the Prevention Research Center. This remote position will assist with policy data collection to identify information on state-level telehealth policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Training will be provided.

This position is a temporary part-time position working approximately 10-15 hours per week with a salary range of $30-$34 per hour. This project will begin on or around October 1, 2023, and run approximately 3 months, with potential for extension.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in social science or a related field

· 1-2 years of applicable experience

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products

· Eligible to work for any employer in the US

· Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently

SOME PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviewing state websites for policy information with instruction

· Reviewing state documents

· Coding policy data for research use

· Meeting with research staff regularly to share details of findings
