Job Summary
ArgonDigital is seeking entry-level Requirements Analysts to join our organization. The Requirements Analyst defines the blueprint for software development and, as such, must be highly detail-oriented and strong in both verbal and written communication. The RA’s primary function centers around elicitation and documentation of software requirements through various methods of analysis and communication with IT and business stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis, use case analysis, and business process mapping to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation
- Quickly learn new subject matter areas after joining a project
- Connect functional and technical requirements to business requirements
- Write software requirements for Waterfall or Agile projects
- Create and validate visual models to derive comprehensive requirements
- Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate clear communication
- Balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Organization, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
