About the Position:
Reporting Analyst Level 1 - Work from Home position
The company is looking for an entry level Reporting Analyst with the opportunity for upward movement. A Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing reporting and analysis of call center operations focusing on identifying trends with an emphasis on efficiency and quality in order to increase call center performance.
The analyst must manage, update, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports while maintaining good communication with regards to the timeliness of their distribution. In addition, they must present research, findings, and analysis in a clear, concise, and understandable format.
The analyst will utilize reporting from various internal systems to communicate and provide information based on the data collected by producing reports, graphs, spreadsheet macros and analysis, and databases which identify areas where improvements can be implemented.
Work Schedule/Location:
- Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm
- Work from home position with minimal required days in office and no weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Experience in call center environment
- Report building skills within Excel
- Must pass Excel test to be considered
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access (VBA and Macros)
- Statistical skills
- Knowledge of call center operations and key performance indicators
- Organizational/Time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
