Consor is seeking a Report Technician- Administrative Assistant who works well in a team environment as well as independently for our office in Greer, SC. Candidate will be responsible for creating inspection reports to meet DOT requirements and other administrative tasks, assisting our Bridge Inspection team and assisting in the administration of the local office. Prior experience in an engineering environment would be a plus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operating office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, copiers, phones, etc.
- Preparation of spreadsheets, word documents, and other applications
- Setting up, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Proofreading for quality assurance
- Composing, typing, and distributing field notes and other routine correspondence
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent command of MS Office Word and Excel
* Outstanding organization, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Comprehend and carry out instructions and complete tasks with little to no errors
- Great communications skills, follow through
- Able to take notes, ask questions
- High school diploma required; associates degree is a plus
