Individuals selected for the position will be expected to have excellent typing skills, above average command of written English, and maintain a can-do attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
- Compile reports, following formatting and reporting protocol.
- Generate invoices for each report based on client rates and specifications.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Database entry of documents following the outlined protocol.
- Delivering reports and invoices to the appreciate parties as scheduled.
- Additional administrative tasks and duties may be required for special projects and/or to help cover department workload, such as answering phones and running errands

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in English or liberal arts preferred.
- One year of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

SCHEDULE
- Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
- Some overtime may be required.
