Data Reporting Specialist
STATUS:Part-time, Non-Exempt
Hourly Wage:$15.75/hr
DEPARTMENT:Admissions - Enrollment Operations
LOCATION:Grand Rapids - W.A Lettinga Campus *Hybrid Schedule possible*
REPORTS TO:Data Management Administrator
The Data Reporting Specialist coordinates, enters, and maintains critical data regarding prospective and current students of the University. Duties include collecting and entering data into various databases, tracking and reporting data entry metrics and using this information for the improvement of processes in the Enrollment Operations Center and Davenport University. Additional responsibilities include significant support to the EOC department. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with the University's mission, vision, and values, which include diversity, equity and inclusion.

We will count on you to:
  • Process data (Such as: Manage Applications for Admissions to DU, Generate Acceptance/Denial Letters/Packets, Entry of Lead Cards and Test Scores).
  • Identifying and resolving duplicate Leads and Applications within Salesforce/Banner.
  • Create and run Reports within Salesforce.
  • Data integrity and process optimization/automation within Salesforce.

What you need to have:
  • High School completion with equivalent combination of experience and/or courses towards a degree or job relevant to data entry and processing or computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Written communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets

What makes you stand out:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and/or courses towards a job-related degree.
  • Basic Coding experience
  • Experience with CRM software applications; such as Salesforce, Banner
  • Professional experience using VLOOKUP spreadsheet formulas, or macros
