Repair Technician/Sales Associate

At uBreakiFix by Asurion, we're looking for a Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team. We specialize in repairing electronics including smartphones, game consoles, tablets, and computers. We're a fast-paced, customer-oriented workplace, and we're looking for someone who has a passion for electronics, enjoys working with people, and excels at problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various electronic devices

• Assisting customers with finding the best solutions for their device issues

• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Working efficiently to minimize customer wait time while maintaining excellent customer service

• Inventory management, and upholding store visual standards

• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Attending team meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge on different models and repairs

• Maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance of store

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred

• Knowledge of electronic devices and operating systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
