Repair Center Controller

ROLE PURPOSE
The individual will be responsible for the support of analytics and data management processes for the Repair Center operation, either internal or external. This role will also work closely with the various repair customers and other service departments to ensure total transparency of their spares repair processes and quality measures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the RC Leadership to establish and follow up KPIs and monitor measurement.
• Collaborate with RC Leadership and planning to team on lead times and daily performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Reporting performance in repair activities against KPIs.
• Monitor the Work Orders queue and ensure the flow of activities are aligned to the Weekly RC and emergency escalations.
• Manage outside operations to Vendors by monitoring of lead times & performance of the work orders.
• Analyze data to identify areas of focus for measures of the quality in the repair processes.
• Analyze trends to follow the main repair data for customer, technicians, and Field.
• Track and report bench technician performance against standards
• Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate by Shipping & Receiving Processes.
• Implement professional measures of the quality of the Repair Center activity by working closely with the logistic team to introduce supply chain systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Power BI proficiency desirable
• Strong computer skills in the use of database systems, Excel Pivot Tables, look-ups, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operating systems.
• Willingness to learn new tools than manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment decision making skills, with the ability to prioritize and to work under continual deadline pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to be successful in cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Data entry, time management, critical thinking, and leadership.
• Ability to learn company ERP software application, knowledge of JDE/OFSC a plus,
• Ability to make clear, concise, and convincing business presentations and reports that will have high level impact with executive and senior level management.
• Functional knowledge and experience with Repair Center Operations
• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
• Exercises diligence in completing work activities with the willingness to work extra hours if needed.

PAY RANGE: $21/hr-$26/hr - Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
