Renu Energy Solutions is currently looking to hire Electrical Technicians in our Charlotte, NC, Asheville, NC, and Columbia, SC offices. Job Responsibilities:

· Assist electrical team lead in the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems;

· Install solar PV system components and complete assigned tasks from start to finish;

· Assist other crew members as necessary;

· Follow electrical line diagrams and equipment specifications to install high quality photovoltaic (PV) systems correctly and in an efficient manner;

· Adhere to project designs, requirements and best practices to ensure quality and code compliance;

· Maintain an organized work truck and maintain tools/equipment;

· Maintain truck inventory and assist with stocking and procurement;

· Upgrade existing electrical equipment and services on residential and commercial job sites;

· Assist with PV installations and rooftop work as necessary.

Requirements:

• Desire to succeed in the renewable energy industry while building a career with a regional solar leader
• Ability to work atypical weekly work schedules
• Valid state issued driver's license, clean driving record, and access to reliable transportation
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces safely
• General knowledge of home construction, building materials, workplace safety, fall protection, and OSHA standards
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly growing business environment
• Clean criminal background check, and driving record
