Rental Manager

We are looking for a Rental Managerwith minimum 1-3 years management experience preferably in a fast-paced industry such as fleet management or restaurant management.

RENTAL MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overall facility management with emphasis on all aspects of operations. Other tasks include managing service operations and sales of vehicles from the fleet, training in these areas will be provided. The Manager is responsible for meeting revenue objectives within a team environment and administering to staff. The Manager's responsibilities would include creativity in designing vehicles sales strategies, monitoring employee performance standards and overall planning, operation and management of a high-volume location. REQUIRED MANAGER SKILLS:

• Must possess a true commitment to driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and being a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1-3 years management experience.
• Superior people development and communication skills.
• Excellent skills in data analysis and the use of personal computers (Excel / Microsoft Office Suite).
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be willing to complete/pass a criminal background investigation, credit check, and drug screen prior to hire.
