Position Description
- Maintain records and files
- Answer phones
- Provide customer support
- Process customer payments
- Process rental and service contracts
- Prepare monthly statements
- Communicate with clients and staff via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Process payments for past due accounts
- Monitor and maintain autopays
- Notify customers of renewals
- Other related duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years minimum of customer service/office experience
- Candidate must be able to interact in a professional manner with customers
- Positive attitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic office equipment knowledge
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and organized

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
