Rental Car Agent
We are seeking an Experienced Rental Car Agent for our in-house rental fleet at Toyota of Melbourne. If you are a motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills come join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing our Toyota in-house rentals, you will be responsible to inspect all vehicles for damage prior to and upon return, along with ensuring that vehicles are clean and ready to for next rental. It will be the agents responsibility to obtain all the necessary information from the customer and to get rental agreements signed.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Service Advisors
- Working with the Warranty staff, providing information for payment and reimbursement for the vehicles
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat referral business
Job Requirements
- Proven Track Record of achieving Exceptional Customer Satisfaction

- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task
