Experienced Rental Car Agent
We are seeking an Experienced Rental car Agent for our in-house rental fleet at Sam Galloway Ford. If you are a motivated TEAM player with excellent communication and organizational skills come join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing our Ford in-house rentals, you will be responsible to inspect all vehicles for damage prior to and upon return, along with ensuring that vehicles are clean and ready to for next rental. It will be the agents responsibility to obtain all the necessary information from the customer and to get rental agreements signed.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Service Advisors
• Working with the Warranty staff, providing information for payment and reimbursement for the vehicles
• Working closely with the sales administration staff
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat referral business

Job Requirements

• Prior Rental Car Agent experience is a plus
• Proven Track Record of achieving Exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
• The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
