This is a remote position which provides advanced expertise in analyzing workforce data and forecasts organizational recruitment needs for Trinity Health System's Holy Cross Hospitals in Maryland. Works with internal stakeholders and external community partners to design Workforce Development Programs. Develops Workforce Development strategies that create talent pools for the organization workforce needs. Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers for assigned divisions to address innovative programs to close the workforce gaps. Maintains excellent relations with hiring managers and delivering top-notch programs through national and community partnerships. Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and develop diverse top talent.
