Rate: $50-60/hour (commensurate with experience)
Description:
- The Digital Lab Veeva CLM Specialist is part of the Digital Lab HCP Content Operation team and will be responsible for creating and routing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) aka IVA (interactive Visual Aide) content for HCP Marketing teams across the enterprise.
- Build/ Develop Veeva CLM via content provided from marketing teams in a Veeva CLM creation platform.
- Partner with the internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.
- Serve as the Project originator for routing completed Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process before handoff to the Marketing and Sales teams in a highly regulated environment.
- Create/Maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.
- Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the Veeva CLM content creation platform to the Veeva CLM product owner informing the enhancement roadmap.
- Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva CLM development/deployment, leading teams, and managing client interaction
- 5+ years’ experience with Veeva CRM
- 3-5 years’ experience developing Veeva CLM
- 3-5 years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
- HTML & JavaScript experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively
- Experience in Pharma preferred

Technical Certification Bonus:
Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
