- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Responsible for use of company or own vehicle for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations.
- 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success.
- Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:
- Windows Server Platform
- Microsoft Active Directory Platform
- Microsoft Active Directory Platform
- Microsoft SharePoint Server
- VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
