Title: Senior Contract Administrator

Work Schedule: 8:00 am -5:00 pm
Workday: Monday – Friday
The Senior Contract Administrator serves as the Contractor's main point of contact and provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel working under the contract. The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for the quality and efficiency of all work performed and products delivered. The Sr. Contract Administrator must have organizational authority to assign work to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing efforts, and manage the overall performance of all services. Within regular business hours, this person must be readily available to respond to the agency’s questions, concerns, and comments and be proactive in alerting the agency to potential contractual or programmatic issues. will assign and distribute the below tasks as the Contractor deems necessary to provide quality, timely deliverables.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Minimum of 8 years combined experience in program management and FAR or non-FAR-based contract administration while servicing the Federal sector.
- Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing large volumes of tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with groups of individuals at all organizational and management levels.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and coherently.
- Demonstrated subject matter expert in the federal acquisition process to include all pre-award and post-award activities associated with contracts for commercial goods and services.
