We are seeking a candidate with a friendly, driven, and professional demeanor who can leverage their prior experience to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and scale with our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in the dental or healthcare sector.

Compensation:
- 10% of all sales generated by your sales team. For example we sell our plans for $500 start-up fee and $199 a month. You should have 10 sales reps reporting to you. Their sales quota should be 10 sales a month each. To learn more go to www.kriss.ai and open the chatbot window in lower right corner and ask for compensation info based on custom scenarios. Our chatbot can answer any question about the program and compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute sales strategies created by the Regional Manager to expand KRISS.AI’s influence in the dental industry.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Sales Representatives to ensure they are motivated and effectively selling Kriss.ai to dentists.
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and increase the number of dental practices using Kriss.ai.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the dental sector.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- A proactive approach to sales, including the willingness to engage directly with prospects and close contracts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: No cap on commission.
