Remote Rev Ops Data Intern

Blue Mountain is currently seeking a Spring Data Intern for our Revenue Operations Department.

Responsibilities:

• Data Acquisition: Execute a data acquisition strategy to ensure the availability of necessary data.

• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of revenue-related data, and maintain data integrity by resolving discrepancies and implementing data governance best practices.

• Technology Evaluation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools that can enhance data management and revenue operations processes, and make recommendations for their adoption.

• Data Quality Assurance: Establish means for and commit to data quality by identifying and resolving data discrepancies and implementing data governance best practices (including quality checks and validation processes) to ensure the accuracy of revenue-related data.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation outlining data sources and quality assurance processes.

Education & Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Knowledge of data quality management and governance best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Junior or Senior Level in B.S program preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft D365) and Sales/Marketing processes/automation systems (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo) is a plus.

• Experience with data integration tools and technologies (ie. ETL tools, APIs, data warehousing) and data analysis tools and software (ie. Excel, SQL, data visualization tools) is a plus
