Remote Research Analyst (4+ Month Contract)

Knowledge Services is seeking to hire multiple Remote Research Analysts for a 4+ month survey project with the possibility of extension. 

This position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside within the general St. Louis, MO area to be considered.

In this role, you will contact individuals via phone to explain the survey, administer the survey, and document the obtained data into a database system. This project will allow you to demonstrate and further develop your verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and database management skills. In addition, it will provide an opportunity to grow your professional network and potentially open the door to future career opportunities within the organization.

• Contacts survey participants via phone to schedule the survey
• Explains the purpose of the survey and the benefit of completing the survey
• Administers the survey over the phone and documents all obtained data
• Enters obtained data accurately and completely into a database system
• Administers the survey in-person, if requested, and documents all obtained data
• Documents all details of in-person visits via tablet
• Demonstrates a patient, professional, and helpful demeanor over the phone

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Must have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Emotional intelligence is key - you'll need to demonstrate patience and empathy to the individuals with whom you are speaking
