Remote Portrait Sales Specialist

Storybook Portraits is a successful family operated photography business that opened in Chandler in 1995. Our business is growing quickly due to the popularity of our Storybook Princess Portrait Experience.

We help preserve the magic of childhood. Unfortunately, in today's world our children grow up so fast. Our goal is to help slow that down and keep that innocence in children for as long as we can. A Storybook Portrait on our client's wall will give their children more confidence and greater self-esteem as they grow up.

Role:

You will educate the parents of our children portrait sessions on the impact their portraits will have in their home and how to best display those portraits. You will guide the parents as they decide what to purchase with us.

Pay: Hourly base pay plus commission will lead to an average of $30-35 or more per hour.

Hours: Part-Time, 27-30 Hours A Week

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday

Thursday - (2PM -7PM Arizona Time)
5 Sales Appointments (5 Hours)

Friday - (10AM - 7PM Arizona Time)
Sales Team Meeting (1 Hour)
1 on 1 Coaching (1 Hour)
6 Sales Appointments (6 Hours)

Saturday - (10AM - 7PM Arizona Time)
8 Sales Appointments (8 Hours)

Sunday - (10AM - 7PM Arizona Time)
8 Sales Appointments (8 Hours)

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean showroom (your remote office area)
• Meet with a client via Zoom. Each sales appointment is 1 hour long.
• Dress in a professional manner
• Crop the images and prepare the slideshow of images before meeting with the client.
• Greet clients and build rapport over Zoom.
• Deliver the Zoom sales presentation following our sales outline
• Write up the invoice and communicate with client the details
• Prepare and process client orders for the retouch artist via Dropbox
• Engage in role playing and training to improve sales skills
• Overcome client objections to upgrades

Results:

• Provide an amazing customer experience to every client
• Achieve a sales average that is consistent with the studio's set standard

Requirements:

• Must have high speed internet and plugged into the router. (No WIFI)
• Must have a PC computer with Windows 10/11 Operation System.
• No Macs or Chromebooks Allowed
• Must have a camera on your computer.
• Must have a printer.
• Must have a quiet office area.

Expected Proficiencies after Remote training:

• Crop images for printing - Proselect
• Use our CRM - Stratus
• Run our slide show program - Proselect
• Follow and deliver our sales presentation
• Import sales numbers into Google Sheets
• Upload orders to Retouchers via Dropbox
