We are working with a client that is expanding their workforce and needs experienced call center/ Hospital Knowledgeable individuals

Shift - M-F Between 8am-6pm ( must be able to work as early as 8am and stay as late as 6pm)
Performs the day-to-day customer service activities for several hospitals that are part of a health care network.
- Answers and triages inbound calls. Connects to individuals and departments
- Updates databases and directory listings
- Pages/ Dispatches messages to hospital personnel
- Documents customer issues, and interactions in appropriate system(s).
- Provides problem resolution of issues as needed.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing 40wpm
Technical Requirements - Please read carefully, you must meet these requirements in order to work remotely. Screen shots of your monitor resolution, Windows operating system and internet speed test will be required.
- High Speed internet and screen resolution 1920X1080
- Must have a computer/laptop with Windows 10 or 11
- MAC and Chromebooks are not compatible
Strong interpersonal skills in interacting with internal and external customers, which includes the ability to interpret customer requirements and recommending appropriate actions to satisfy customer needs. Must type a minimum of 40 WPM. Previous experience working in a medical environments or with patients is highly preferred.
