The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time, remote Patient Services Specialist II to work at our Urology clinic located in NE Portland. Candidates must be living in the local area for consideration. Workdays will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, taking and routing messages and scheduling appointments. Experience with EMR preferred but not required. Other duties may include referral and fax processing as well. We are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of prior medical front office experience, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Position will be remote after onsite training is completed. with once per week required onsite days.Starting pay range, based on experience: $19.37 - $26.21 per hour.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous medical front office experience is required.
- Prior multi-line phone system experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic information technology, computer applications and ability to use office equipment.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers
