Key Responsibilities:
- USPTO Interaction: Take charge of responding to USPTO Office Actions, demonstrating your skill and attention to detail in the nuanced field of patent law.
- Innovative Patent Drafting: Lead the drafting of cutting-edge U.S. patent applications for major technology companies, a role that places you at the heart of technological advancement.
- Various IP Matters: Engage in extensive legal research and analysis, including prior art searches, re-examinations, freedom-to-operate studies, due diligence, patentability analyses, litigation support, and patent searches.

Your Credentials and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Admission to at least one State Bar.
- Approximately 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution in high-tech matters.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Self-driven, independent, with superb writing and verbal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with an anticipated range of $165,000-200,000 annually, depending on work productivity, position, and client base. Comprehensive benefits
