As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of member inquiries and requests, including account inquiries, product information, and complaint resolution. You will strive to deliver prompt and accurate information to our members, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. In addition, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our members' experience and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with their account inquiries, such as balances, transactions, and rewards program.
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product information and recommendations to members, promoting our products and services.
- Process member requests, such as account updates, address changes, and card replacements.
- Educate members on our online and mobile banking services, assisting them with registration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex member inquiries and issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on our products, services, and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
