Inbound Account Executive (Weekend Shift)

About the Role

An indispensable component of Clipboard Health’s marketplace is its healthcare facility customers. The Inbound Account Executive (Weekend Shift) ensures any prospective customers that reach out to Clipboard Health are able to be onboarded promptly and effectively. In addition, this person would provide support to existing key customers over the weekend to elevate customers’ experience with Clipboard Health.  

If you're a strong communicator with endless energy and have a knack for getting things done, Clipboard Health is the place for you to grow and develop your skills. You'll drive growth for the business while sharpening your own skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to inbound sales leads on weekends and onboard effectively those leads that convert

  • Serve as a point of contact for key Clipboard Health customers to enable comprehensive support coverage for them even on weekends

  • Reach out to churned customers to gather any weekend needs they may have

  • Capture feedback from prospects on their needs, wants, and pains, and share that feedback with product teams to develop our offering

  • Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of clinical workflows

  • Scrappiness: you look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’

Qualifications

  • Sales experience not required but strongly preferred

  • Willingness to try / lack of fear

  • Ability to work from Wednesday to Sunday in any US time zone (PST/CST/EST) 

  • This position is only available to candidates in Canada.
