SalaryRightWorks is hiring senior Full Desk recruiters (remote).
Have you billed over 200k in closed Direct Hire Fees or over $1 million in closed staffing fees within the last 3 years? Are you looking to keep 60% of fees with no KPIs, no limits on geography or vertical, fully remote, and with the option to work either split fee or Full Desk on any orders?
-100% remote - you set your own work schedule & decide what positions you want to recruit.
-Uncapped position where you receive 60% of all closed fees. (100% commission based).
-ZERO restriction on the geographic region, vertical, or industry you work in. You are free to pursue anything in the country.
-Extensive backlog of 100+ hot roles with some of the nation's top firms opened up to you on day 1. You may also recruit other verticals such as legal, physician, exec search, Accounting, Finance, Tech, Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
-Low performers could fall in the $120,000 range for total commission, while high performers could very well exceed $500k or more (completely uncapped).
-We pay for all tools, train you, and provide best practices to help maximize your production efforts.
-You can also build a business development desk where you have full client ownership & control.
