SalaryWe are seeking a remote Dental Insurance Coordinator (to work between the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) who can verify our patient's Dental Insurance for our two dental practices. Must have at least 3 years experience working remotely for Dental Insurance Verification and have familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures. Duties include:
- Perform dental coding using current ADA codes
- Knowledge of Insurance Verification processes
- Verifying patient's Dental Insurance every visit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for patients (ie. updating the insurance table and making sure it matches the IVF)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping (ie. ensuring that the deductible/maximum is updated as treatment is completed)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (ie. maintaining proper notations, flags, and/or alerts)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18,200.00 - $20,800.00 per year
