SalaryWe are seeking a full time (4-5 days a week), Dental Office Insurance Coordinator for our dental practice near uptown Charlotte. Must have at least 3 years experience working front office in a dental practice and familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures. Duties include:
- Perform dental coding and billing tasks using current ADA codes
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and claim submission
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for patients
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance matters
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,500.00 per year
