As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance over the phone. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional phone-based assistance, resolving inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with every interaction. At our company, exceptional Customer Service is our cornerstone. We're seeking passionate individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team, where you'll be the frontline ambassador for our company, dedicated to providing unparalleled service and support to our valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS - NO LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Must live in IL, IN, WI, OH
REMOTE Customer Service experience (highly desired)
Ability to use Computer Software Systems (CRMs, Dialer Programs, Google Business Suite)
High volume inbound/outbound sales environment experience
Weekend and overtime availability required March-May

Operating system that can efficiently utilize the available memory
Recommended 8GB of RAM to complete sales-related tasks
Webcam (The ability to be seen on camera during work hours)

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM software.
Assist in identifying and escalating priority issues or complex complaints.
Strive to meet or exceed established performance goals, such as response times, resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics
Adapt quickly to evolving product information and changes in policies or procedures.
