SalaryDescription:
Contribute to the resolution of sensitive customer inquiries and complaints telephonically. Partner with management and other internal partners to resolve issues/complaints. Determine appropriate course of action and documenting all phone interactions as well as the outcome of the resolution in the system of record. Will be communicating with customers via inbound/outbound calls to resolve complaints/claims on various lines of business. If a complicated claim comes up, this team will escalate the issue to another escalations team.
